I had the Ellebana Lash Lift today and I love my lashes! I have lashes that tend to grow down and can cause problems, so to have them lifted and curled really opens my eyes. Due to my job I occasionally have back pain. I always use Tracey at The Beauty House with amazing results every time. She is able to pin point problem areas and work her magic changing techniques as and when needed. Tracey also tints my brows and lashes and waxes my brows too. Each time I get compliments from friends and family afterwards. I recently tried the hot and cold stone massage and can honestly say I have never felt so relaxed in my entire life. I was made to feel at ease instantly as I didn't know what to expect. Tracey talked me through the treatment at the beginning and checked the temperatures were right for me too. I have had electrolysis for the past 7 months with Judith. Once a week for 30 minutes. 2 years ago I got PCOS and along with this came hair on my neck, chin and parts of my face like the sides of my ears and top lip ect. I got depression and now I have no hair on any of the places listed above. My facial hair has gone and I have got so much more confidence. Judith is very reliable, flexible and especially professional, making you feel so comfortable and very reasonable priced. An amazing service.

Professional, friendly, polite, qualified & accomplished. Particularly in regards to Judith's electrolysis, which is frankly less uncomfortable than laser and actually permanent.

Fantastic experience for my daughter having her eyebrows waxed.
